Pennsylvania Chapter of ICES - April 2008 date TBA The Pennsylvania Chapter of ICES invites you to attend the Pennsylvania State Cake Show at the Nittany Mall in State College, PA.  With the cake show, banquet, demonstrations, and mini-class, it will be a wonderful weekend.  Our non-judged sharing show has prizes for everyone and a five-quart Kitchen Aid will be raffled.  For additional information or an entry form, please contact Kim Morrison at 814-422-8779 or gkmorrison@verizon.net or send a SASE to PO Box 151 Spring Mills, PA 16875.

The Florida Chapter of ICES is having Mini Classes January19-20
We are pleased to invite you to another action packed weekend of fun for decorators of all calibers.
Join us for the FLORIDA MINI CLASSES, January 19 -20, 2008 at the Volusia County Fair grounds, Deland, Florida.  This is a 2 day event with hands on classes and lots of fun.  Our teachers are coming to us from throughout the U.S., Canada and have many talents and experiences to share with us.  Classes are available for all levels of interest from beginner to advanced. SAGNFL meeting is Tuesday the 20th
This month we have a great hands on demo planned! Inspired by the Guild's Gingerbread house this past year, we will have "The summer Critters & Creatures Challenge" Judy & Julia will demo their Mermaid & Turtles. Fondant will be provided but please bring our favorite tools for modeling along with colors or embellishments to make your creatures great!  New officers will be voted on.

SAGNFL meeting is Sunday the 17th
Tip Challenge - This month we have a great hands-on experience!  All we can tell you is to bring a bag loaded with either Royal Icing or Buttercream and your favorite star tip.

Patrice will demonstrate how she makes her ornaments. This is a highly anticipated demo and one that will help to stir your holiday creative thoughts well before the stress of the holidays hits. Included in the demo will be a sneak peak of a special event to be held at Serenatea in November.
